During my stay, I found the room to be clean and comfortable, which was essential for my business trip. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to dining options and the convention center. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, assisting me promptly with any inquiries I had.

The location shines with easy access to restaurants and coffee spots. The landscape offers stunning mountain views that make for a pleasant morning or evening stroll. The pool, heated and decently sized, looked like a great spot to wind down after a day in the sun.

However, I faced some frustrating issues during my stay. The air conditioning barely functioned, just blowing lukewarm air at me, which was especially uncomfortable in the heat. Additionally, both ice machines were out of order, and maintenance was already off the clock, leaving me high and dry. The bathroom sink had such poor water pressure that it sprayed everywhere, making even the simplest tasks a hassle. To top it off, I felt a lack of safety on the property, with some questionable characters lingering around. Not the place for solo adventurers or those seeking a peaceful sleep.

The location is excellent, with many dining options nearby. The room is clean and spacious, and the A/C works perfectly. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Edgar, who was very helpful. It was a pleasant stay! 😊

Great stay with friendly staff

We had such a nice time here! The grassy area was perfect for our dogs, and the views of the mountains were a real treat. The front desk staff, especially Olga, were super helpful and upbeat the whole time. Just wish the towels had been fresher when we asked for them.

The culinary scene around this place is lit! Just a stroll away, I dug into some veggie goodness at Evzin Palm Springs and sipped the best brew at Koffi. Plus, the pool area was a relaxing oasis, and the staff was super chill. Definitely a win!

On the flip side, my phone in room 127 was on the fritz. In a jam, it would’ve been kind of a hassle to go sprinting to the office. Let’s hope they get that sorted for future guests!

The staff here are just very nice, particularly Felicia. She’s got this calm demeanor that's really calming when you’re tired and fried from the heat. It was refreshing to see the dog-friendly spaces, with bags provided to keep it clean for everyone, except some guests just don't care. But here's the thing, I walked into clean rooms that smelled fresh and it felt like they actually put effort into it

It wasn't exactly cheap, though it didn’t break the bank.

motel 6-palm springs, ca, east, palm canyon is conveniently located near multiple dining options and attractions. the outdoor pool was a nice touch, perfect for a relaxing dip. the staff, especially the manager, were incredibly attentive and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
